Orientation day at Camp

This summer Harrison will be spending 2 weeks in August at camp, Children's Country Day, and on Thursday we had orientation. We got to go to camp and tour around and see everything and meet his counselors. This was the first time Harrison was ever there. He absolutely loved it. The camp/pre-school has a ton of animals. So the first thing that he did was run over to the goats, then to the donkeys, ducks, chickens, llamas and finally bunnies. We then made our way over to meet his counselors. We met Sandy and Bea. They were both very nice. We then went into the art bus and to the play log cabin which he also loved. I didn't think I would be able to get him out of there.

But I did and we then went over to see the pool. We met the swim counselor and he splashed all of us, so I hope he has a good time in the pool.

He loved Country Day so much. When we were leaving he was crying so hard that he wanted to stay. I am glad that he liked it so much. It will make the adjustment to a new place much easier.
