No really, they don't teach us to use our horns AT ALL. Waste of a horn if you ask me. I believe there was something about "imminent danger" but if you ask me, that is too late.
There seems to be this idea in driving, like many other things, that if you are doing it with confidence that you aren't being polite enough. At least I'm going with that, there has to be an explanation for the complete inability to get up to speed and merge properly on to a freeway.
